Join Steve the Tiger, Stevenson’s mascot, on Saturday, September 25 to find those books you have been wanting to read!

The Golden K Kiwanis Club of Bloomington is holding a book sale in the Literacy Garden at Stevenson Elementary School. The proceeds will benefit the school and in particular the library at Stevenson. We have fiction and non-fiction, reference books and cookbooks, classics, and current best sellers. We also have numerous kids’ books.

The best part? The price! Hardcover books are $2; paperbacks are $1. There will be a few books priced higher, but these will be specialty items – such as boxed sets and unique coffee table books. Cash or checks; no credit cards.

Rain or shine the sale begins at 9 a.m. in the Literacy Garden at Stevenson (2106 Arrowhead Drive, off Hershey) and will conclude at 3 – or when we run out of books. In case of inclement weather, the sale will be held indoors. Come early for the best selection!
