Desiree Campbell and her family relocated from Denver, CO to Illinois in the spring of 2007. Shortly after arriving in Illinois she recognized her true passion for serving. After leaving a long- time career in the automotive industry, starting a career in education, and ultimately finding her place as the Associate Director of Local Outreach at Eastview Christian Church. Desiree was prepared for this role with the leadership skills formed in her 20 years of corporate and educational experience. Her current role has provided a platform to journey with our community, volunteers, community partners, non-profits, and schools. Everyday she gets to see people come together, infused by the love of God, to overcome barriers and make life better for one another. Desiree loves celebrating and supporting our community, always seeking to learn and live in a way that honors God.

Desiree and her husband Nathan reside in Normal, IL where they enjoy serving in their church, volunteering in the community, traveling, and spending time with their friends and two grown children, Shannel and Tony.
