Promise Council of McLean County is dedicated to developing an army of Caring Adults to support children in our public school systems. It isn’t cheap, and it isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. Please consider joining our army today. Do what you can; financially, or physically, to make one child’s educational life a bit easier.
